    Please buff hot air balloons, literally no one uses them. Increase the speed, decrease fuel consumption, give them more armor, make them easier to steer, just do something, such a shame that there is absolutely no use for them at the current state.

    On a sunny day in the afternoon on an open grass field, a wild naked came to my base asking for starter stuff. I agreed, so I gave him a spear, stone, wood, some corn and told him to wait outside near the tree next to my base until the stone tools were crafted. He seemed very nice and we had a pleasant talk through my metal shop front.

    I exit my base and walked towards him to give him the tools. The naked stood facing the tree with his back towards me. I say, yo bro! I got your tools- at this very moment I am so close to him I can see the detailed textures of his nutsack- he turns around and start stabbing me with the spear I gave him. He gave me several stabs in the chest. I'm bleeding and only just now realize that I have a bunch of scraps and high quality metal in my inventory and start panicking. My heart started beating very fast. He tries to stab me once more. I knew this could be the end. I jump backwards and whip out the old dusty revolver and put four bullets in his chest before his sharp wooden spear would reach my vital organs. The naked lied on the ground, looking up to me with his hand reaching for help. My adrenaline was at an all-time high and without hesitation I blasted two more bullets in his shiny bald head. It was over. For a moment I felt like Clint Eastwood but then, emotions started coming up. Anger. Betrayal. Sadness. Confusion. I stared down at the dead naked one last time and looked at his eyes fade away. blew the smoke coming out of the barrel of my firmly cloth-taped metal pipe revolver and slowly put it back in my holster. What a day I thought by myself. Meanwhile my neighbour yelled from his base; "Hey, I heard shots man, you good?" I walked away from the corpse towards my base and replied; "yeah I'm good, not sure about my feelings though." As I slammed the sheet metal door behind me.

    So what did we learn today? Never trust a Naked.

    These little fucks dot the road everywhere and they don't show up when you're flying until you're inside them. I've lost more minicopters than I can count to these peices of shit.     Funny Story of a Rust Beginning

    I'm messing around on a Rust server back in 2016 I believe. We are all having a conversation in chat and in pops a new player (let's call him Bob).

    Bob starts joining us in chatting and he's trying to find a guy who wanted him to 1v1 him. We start asking questions and he tells us, "Yeah. This guy on CoD said '1v1 me on Rust bro' so I went out and got this game".

    Guy went out and bought Rust because some dude challenged him to a 1v1.

    Turns out the guy loved the game and I still have him on my friends list. Pretty chill guy tbh.

    Edit: we all told him about the call of duty map from MW2 as it wasn't a map on the call of duty he was playing.

    Any tips on what to progress towards?

    Me and my mate have built up our base to where we're pretty confident, however we're seemingly stuck in the primitive stage still. Should I go and farm scrap to get better weapons to research or should I raid radtowns. Also any idea what the key cards are used for and where to get them?

    New to Rust.

    Back in the day, Halo had the "Newb combo": Charged Plasma pistol shot followed by a battle rifle spray. 2 shot quick kill.

    An effective quick combo.

    Are there some of these for T1/T2 Rust weapons? Lead with crossbow then spray with nails? Whats common? Whats good and what works?
