Could we get an Update to Loot Tables/Drops?

I think many players agree, the progression is a bit all over the place currently. With the additions of Cargo Ship, Oil Rigs and Helicopters making it faster and more broken than ever to obtain high value loot fast.

Would it be possible for a future update be focused around balancing and fixing current loot tables to fix the overall progression of the game? As its become the very thing its become many times, an arms race, with many updates and systems trying to fix it.

Even though the people that are getting this high end/end game loot are experienced players and groups, it also affects the lower skilled/new/solo players as they will have to cope with lots of the population having the best gear very fast and also dealing with a dying server as people will leave to relive the wipe day arms race once again.
