Smaller tunnels in the new underground railway Posted: 22 Mar 2021 09:21 PM PDT Just like how paths are to roads. I would love to see some smaller tunnels making the underground even more intricate and exciting. These smaller tunnels could lead to lootable rooms or unique themed monuments. What underground monument ideas do y'all have? [link] [comments]

Posted: 22 Mar 2021 06:39 PM PDT Rust has garnered immense popularity in recent months. A lot of those new players, myself included, joined because of the hilarity that was the OfflineTV server. We all know how hard-core of a game Rust is at it's surface, but how do you play once you get deeper in to it? Working from home has allowed me to amass close to 600 hours since the first round of Twitch Drops (I bought the game right before 6pm at the end of the first week to make sure I got the drops for the streamers I already followed.) And I've enjoyed this game the most on a very casual Non-KOS server that allows raiding and PVP at locked crates, air drops, and raids/counter raids with no base greifing allowed. I enjoy making a large compound at the center of the map and making a Welcome Center of sorts for anyone new that comes by. Vending Machines, Utilities, Food, a place to log out if you're far away from base and life comes calling. It helps me with my social anxiety because I always feel easier talking to people with purpose, as in it's easier to talk to people if I'm doing something for them like teaching them how to play the game or just providing a service for them. How about you though? How do you all play Rust? The options between RPer and PvP Chad are endless. [link] [comments]

Posted: 22 Mar 2021 09:30 PM PDT I wish that we had more things like the tunnel dwellers. It just seems so boring that oil rig, military tuns, excavator and the roads all have the same npcs. It would be so cool to have the bandits control one of the oil rigs or mil tuns or something like that and have both groups roam the roads. Imagine seeing a group of bandits and scientists fighting in the middle of nowhere. I hope we get more shit like the tunnel dwellers and I am so happy they didn't just make the blue man group roam the tunnels. More flavor is always welcome even if it's just things like the special green heavy scientists or something like the Halloween zombies. [link] [comments]
Hot air balloons need a decay review Posted: 22 Mar 2021 06:19 AM PDT I know that for most of players (also me before I understood how it works) thought hot air balloons are useless or a way of entertainment, but for me, they are an amazing way of transportation, a low tier heli. The problem is the decay. I'm not asking for an armoured balloon or a lock on them, but just to look at the decay rates. It is impossible to keep a balloon, like one would keep a car or a horse. They just decay extremely fast, heck, it takes one sword to destroy it. I would be completely fine with LGF and cloth costs, as long as it would be possible to maintain one for more than one flight and not go afk for 6 hours and find it decayed. I know some of you might offer using heli, but it costs a lot and there is a huge loss if one would to lose it. Especially if all you got is a revolver. Adding this to see if there are any like minded individuals and maybe this could get a bit of traction. TL;dr - balloons are great as low tier helis, but the decay is too fast. [link] [comments]
