    My thoughts on the two Biggest reason people script on Rust

    Let's start with the first and foremost reason. Rust recoil is EXACT. there is NO bullet deviation whatsoever so a simple script like autohotkey, which is not detectable because it has no influence on the game itself whatsoever, is VERY easy to create and get a hold of. Just simply googling it will show just how many people use recoil scripts and how many people make them, heck you can get them for free! If rust starts banning AHK itself, then lots of unfair bans will happen due to AHK being a general tool used by content creators for hotkeying in programs like vegas and photoshop. Im not talking specfically about rust creators either.

    The other reason for this is that recoil in rust is EXTREMELY HIGH in comparison to any other games. People can play this game for hours and hours and still struggle with long range recoil, heck i've played for 2.4k Hours and I pretty much never touch AK because of that reason. You COULD say "get gud and practice more" but with rust you already have to put hours and hours into the game itself to learn how to play and to actually be ABLE to play due to the nature of offline raids and upkeep, But on top of that, being told that you now need to spend hours a day for an entire month just to be able to compete with slightly decent players definately turns a lot of people off.

    Maybe i'm one of few people who believe that rust's recoil needs to be changed to another aim system such as cs go's pattern with slightly deviation, but not with the INSANE recoil that rust produces (You must keep in mind also that cs go's aim pattern system is designed with close range in mind as that is how those games are built.)
    or moving to a more traditional system of aim cone with attachments effecting them far more. Or even something like apex where the recoil is pattern based but mostly vertical rather than horizontal and still with slight deviation.

    One thing is for sure though, the current state of rusts recoil system is driving more and more scripters which cheats that cannot be caught easily and it is absolutely destroying the game.

    I think current selection of water containers is too small, thats why I am proposing a "rat bota bag". You can catch rats and you will have the choice between eating the rat and converting it into a water container. The rat bota bag, when drunk from gives a small bit of hunger in addition to water. Drinking frrom the rat multible times increases the chances of catching the plague resulting in an instant death.

    Bears can kill you when disconnected??

    So, I didnt realize that you could actually be killed when disconnected from a server. Found out the hard way yesterday, that bears can murder your sleeping body...I'm still pretty very new to rust, with only around 200 hours in. Any other crazy shit you guys might be kind enough to let me know can happen?

    To check what a key is bound to bind (key)

    To clear a key bind (the key you want changed) clear

    Fps drop after the second month after hdrp update

    I have noticed a massive fps drop in my system with this months update. I was at 90fps and with everything high and now I am 50-60fps has this happened to anyone else.

    New player. Not getting good loot from Launch Site

    I do the keycard puzzle and get to the top of the building with the heli on it. But from those crates I never get anything good. I've done it 3 times now and each time I just get scrap and some other random stuff. I've never got guns, ammo or hazmat from the top of it. Am I getting unlucky or is it meant to be like this
