Fix the climbing mechanics on cargo's Ladder. Posted: 23 Dec 2020 06:53 PM PST This was so annoying, Was going to counter cargo and hit E on the ladder, and it fucking kicks me off. I have never been so frustrated. P l e a s e fix this, make it where when you hit E on the ladder it actually puts you on the ladder. [link] [comments]

Posted: 23 Dec 2020 05:16 PM PST Whats harder? Mastering the ak spray or the mp5 spray? For me personally (3.2k hrs) it was harder to learn the mp5 spray, also with the bullet drop... The patterns are almost the same the mp5 spray pattern is just more "compressed" and also with the high fire power its harder to controll imo. Let me know your thoughts! [link] [comments]
Preventing early wipe base capture. Posted: 23 Dec 2020 05:15 PM PST So I'm an old player that's recently returned and well... my knowledge base is now rusty and out of date. I'm having an issue where I am able to start out solo and get to a point where I have a base, but the base just never remains through a wipe. And the problem isn't that I'm getting raided exactly. I AM getting raided, but I don't mind, raiders are hitting me before I have anything of value anyway so they're wasting their C4. The only thing of value I tend to have is the base itself... except that once they get my tool cupboard... well... they deprive me of even that. The standard advice of "build in an unpopulated area" and "make sure you have a decent design" isn't the problem... or at least I don't think it is. I'm building in snow biomes exclusively and using roof bunkers - sometimes sheet metal roof bunkers - so we're talking about 4 C4 minimum to raid the base. I'm not just building 1x1s with sheet metal doors, they have to actually pay to get in. I was originally building roof bunkered 2x2s, but after getting raided, I decided that maybe the problem is the bases are too big, so I started going with roof bunkered 2x1s in the hope that people would decide that such a small base is not worth a raid for 4 c4. Surprisingly I'm still getting evicted. Is it too much to make external tool cupboards for a 2x1? Will that just draw more attention to my bases or is it the one thing that might ensure that the base survives overnight? I could try for a 2x2 bunker with a 2x1 bunker set up with a backup tool cupboard. Seems like a lot, and I worry that it might draw too much attention, but since the 2x1 bunkers aren't working for me, I'm running out of ideas. EDIT: I'm playing on vanilla servers and generally going for "dead", (70 players online or so) ones, so I'm not exactly joining early wipe, I'm just thinking about it as early wipe because its the start of the wipe for me. I don't think I'm ready to join the vast hordes on a vanilla server just after wipe. [link] [comments] |
