Shotguns should have their range increased (I think) Posted: 07 Dec 2019 06:04 PM PST Zoom in to see the full distance ​ Here we have a picture from the game "Escape from Tarkov." It models how real life weapons react pretty well and does so while keeping a nice balance. I would say this is about 25 feet away that the shot was made and even surprised me it killed. A lot of people think that shotguns loose accuracy over range and that's true but how much they do is greatly exaggerated. Now I'm not saying rust needs to model life like guns more but what I am saying is that range should probably be increased on shotguns to make them more useful (except the eoka maybe.) Currently you have to be within 7 feet in rust for them to do any damage. Make them more useful than just base defense and close ambushes. Blueprints Posted: 07 Dec 2019 10:13 PM PST You're farming barrels, one by one, runnin' the road. You break a few more, get a blueprint, but OH, you can't learn it fast enough and someone triple head shots you while you're in inventory. Hence, you lose everything and inevitably you quit and commit toaster bath. So, I propose a new idea to (hopefully) excite the community. DOUBLE CLICKING BLUEPRINTS TO LEARN THEM.
