And yes I know, 10000th FPS post youve seen. I havent seen a definitive answer for this though, hence why I'm asking.

I have a RTX 2060 super, Ryzen 3700x, tridentz 3600mhz ram and a m.2 ssd. I've been playing rust for over a year now and still can't wrap my head around performance. I run on graphics settings 5 and everything else medium and I get around 90 FPS with 40% GPU and 30% CPU utilisation. What is the bottleneck? Is it possible to increase FPS. I've heard it's single core CPU performance, can anyone confirm this?

Title, I dip below 60 sometimes if I have high graphics, but if I turn the main setting down all the inventory items become a pixelated. Is there a way to have the item icons stay nice while having low settings?
