I anm starting a new thread to further develop this suggestion, create a critical mass for it and maybe see it in game. So, you've climbed to the highest point of the lighthouse, only to be met with a same amount of time going down the same path. Wouldn't it be great if you just, you know, jump out that hole in the top level outer fence? Also, imagine having your friend raise you to a unbelievable height with the copter and drops you inside a heavily fortified compound.. And you do so, silently as Agent 47? Furthermore, imagine how awesome would be the zerg raids... D-day like raids are going to be awesome! Cost: 5 tarp, 2sewing kits, 20ft of rope, 50 hqm/500frags. Tier 3 workbench item. Mechanics: Can only use singlehand guns while on it, in order to avoid m249 bullet rain. Can be shot down with Sam sites. Can be blown away by strong gusts of wind. Can be used with diving glasses for better vision while falling. Fall speed significantly slower then the air drops to avoid fall sync and stealing in air. Can be damaged/obliterated by explosive bullets and set on fire so you have to drop out of it and equip a new one while falling. Can be caught in trees without possibility of pickups. Timer delay between uses of several minutes. What do you think guys? [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 11 Jun 2021 09:09 AM PDT Couple days ago I logged off the server I've been playing. Come back to my PC a few hours later, decide to hop on a new server since the old was about to wipe. I join a server, and I get to the "Downloading world" step of loading in, and at around 20% downloaded I get timed out and disonnected, I have tried this on as many servers as I could, and every single one disconnects at the same step in loading in. This isn't my internet, everything else works, it's only Rust and it only disconnects me when I get to "Downloading world". Sometimes I get DC'd at 40% downloaded, sometimes at 5%. As of now, I cannot play the game. I have tried reinstalling and verifying game cache, neither has worked. [link] [comments] | ||

I now need to move it, but there is no option to do so with my hammer. The painting has 150 hit points. Do I really need to burn through a bunch of axes just to move a painting off the wall? Batteries are very effective when used alone, as they output only the power you need. However, when connected to a 120 power circuit using a combiner, each individual battery will try to output 120 power, resulting in a combined output of 200 power. Batteries are stupid. Posted: 11 Jun 2021 07:35 AM PDT So we all know that cars run off of low grade fuel right? Well what if there was a cabin module that changed that? I give you the electric cabin module! Here are the upsides and downsides when compared to a standard fuel engine / cabin Upsides: the cabin doesn't need low grade to run, but rather electricity. It can be charged at a base, safe and sound. It has faster acceleration It's almost silent when driving It can hold a charge of 1000 to 1500 units of energy And (maybe) has a radio for those long drives :D Downsides: The components (similar to the pistons, crankshaft and so on) to make the cabin operational would be much more rare and can be found in military - elite crates or crafted with a decent amount of high quality metal and tech scrap. The top speed is slightly slower. When repairing it, it would have higher costs to do so. It can only charge up at 1 unit of charge per 2 seconds while hooked up to a power source. When driving, it will lose 1 unit of charge every 2 - 3 seconds. The only backup fuel available will be small batteries if you run out of charge mid travel. And finally the components that make the cabin operational take severe damage when the car goes into water. So what are your thoughts? Think it should be implemented or just another RUSTy idea?
