Why do people describe **how** they killed someone in Rust teams? Posted: 01 Jun 2021 12:20 PM PDT I'm new to Rust and I don't really play the game alot but I watch alot of Rust content since they're awesome. I have noticed that comms are much different than any other game that I play. When people kill someone they don't just say "AK guy dead" they say "AK guy double bodied, one headshot, ded ded ded" or "hazzy triple headshot omg get sh*t on kid". The amount of headshot/bodyshot you landed is quite literally useless to any teammate, so why do people keep saying it in comms? submitted by /u/dudums [link] [comments]

Toxic/Cruel Players Posted: 01 Jun 2021 08:06 AM PDT ​ https://preview.redd.it/pzykiiue6o271.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=0e59cf7748469c72d94670ae8a6d7f4b0e958f5b Rust is great, but it is increasingly being played by absolute sociopaths because it's so easy to be cruel to other players...not griefing the base cruel, but follow players server to server to grind them into dust to the point they quit playing altogether...stream snipers ruining streamers ability to play the game, roof camping the naked spawn point, getting DDOS'ed when you kill someone or survive an ambush or possibly turn the tables on a sweaty UKN player that lost to a farmer that knows his sprays as well, am I the only one that doesn't enjoy the cruelty aspect of the game? I'm not trying to say all rust needs to be softcore, I like a good fight as much as the next guy but this last year has seen a huge uptick in vicious personally directed cruelty and it's gross. submitted by /u/xsmp [link] [comments]
