Tips on not being an asshole

Whenever I play Rust, I usually try to be as friendly as possible to my teammates, be positive and not care about gear. It's tough, especially since I struggle managing my anger in real life, but I just need some help. My attempts have gone pretty well for maybe a month now, but today I was fighting 3 aks when I was solo with my mp5, and my teammates just kept respawning and dying with gear around me in the fight, and to me, it just felt like they weren't helping at all, just coming out, over peeking and dying again, and my frustration was building. Then finally I died, and I just couldn't hold it in. I swore, and cursed them out for being dogshit and not doing anything and just pleaded that they just do something useful for once, it was followed by silence.

It took me 10 to cool off, and I apologised afterwards but I felt like such a dick. I really did. I have 3k hours and play with teammates who have around 500 to 1k, and I feel like I expected way more of them than was fair to do so, and it meant I lost my temper.

Can anyone give me any advice on keeping my cool, and not being such an asshole like that ever again?
