    This screenshot is from the community tab. All these servers are blatantly modded, they all have fake wipe dates (all are atleast 28.01 or earlier), they all have the same owners, and as you can see by the player numbers they are the same server but shows up 10+ times under different names.

    I tried to inform about the fake wipe dates and the admin stole my name, wrote I was wrong and apologized and then banned me from all these servers.

    Pretty much every server with this type of name are owned by the same people and they clog up the server browser and trick many players to join. You join a newly wiped server but it turns out it's 3+ days old yet hundreds of people still play because they have no idea. Most honest servers get a lot lesser players than they used to and they get hidden under all of this trash, especially if you're looking for vanilla.

    They also have shops where you can buy items for real money, so that's clearly where the motivation lies, capitalizing of the surge of new players.

    If Facepunch blacklisted this big organisation alone that would solve most of the problem. But seeing as they aren't facing any consequences more servers are doing this aswell.

    Make Recoil random

    I remember playing rust when recoil was random it fixed the scripter problem. I understand people took thousands of hours to learn recoil myself included although I could still improve. Rust isn't csgo and I don't understand why we even have a csgo similar pattern. Random recoil would prevent cheaters and force players to use game sense more.

    Rust Vegan With an Issue

    So I have been practicing being a vegan on rust for as long as I can remember playing, this means killing zero animals (except for self defense), no eating meat, and no using animal products like animal fat

    For the most part you can get around everything

    Approved vegan foods on rust: - pumpkin -corn -mushroom -potatoes -granola bar -pickles -Berries -chocolate bar (assuming it's not milk chocolate)

    Finding fuel takes a little longer, you either have to go through several barrels or hit up a refinery with a bit of crude oil, usually has not been a huge issue although it can be nice to come up on an animal that can have enough fat for a furnace early into wipe.

    My only dilemma is reaching late/end game tier loot where you have to start using leather in order to craft tier 3 clothing. The only way around sourcing leather while following my rules is trading, but this feels like I'm sacrificing on my ideals. So usually I end up running hazmat suits, but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on what I can do to ethically source leather as a rust vegan.
