    Well, well, well - another wipe, another set of drops. Welcome back! For as long as there are drops, I will continue to try and help you with information regarding who is streaming, how long they've been streaming, etc. This isn't a foolproof method but has certainly helped numerous individuals (myself included) from getting skins from creators that didn't stream that much last few drops.

     

    It is worth keeping in mind...

    • Streamers make their own schedules. You do not get to pick their schedules - so, therefore, this is all highly unpredictable.
    • I do believe there is NOT an obligation/required amount of streaming for this integration. So don't go harassing people, please.
    • They could have been streaming a lot before this, and decided to take it easy this next wipe- and vice versa.
    • If there is one you REALLY want, be sure to go after that one first.

    Thoughts:

    • If I HAD to choose, I think my first go-to would be Blooprint. Then bnans, TwinkleCave, and Shroud. Then down the list.
    • Through the light interactions I've had with Shroud's talent agency in the past, I wonder if Facepunch coordinated something to sponsor Shroud's reappearance. I could be completely (and likely am) wrong here, though! He streamed a HELL of a lot of RUST his last drop. Just if it's a sponsored reappearance, it may actually have a contractual minimum commitment this time around. PURELY SPECULATION.
    • deathwingua dropped his stream schedule for the first week. You're the GOAT.
    • This list is tentative and speculative: I will update the list of confirmed specific and generic drops on the 4th.

    My First "Real" Raids

    Softcore mode allowed me to build up enough stuff to finally raid! I know I know, softcore=softcock or some shit, I don't care. I managed to raid 5 "bases" so far and they are pretty comical.

    ​

    1. Had already been raided from another side which I didnt see. No loot. But I learned something.
    2. Wasn't a base, it was just an empty grow room. No loot. But I learned something.
    3. Success! a team of 4 had been farming like crazy and provided me with enough stuff to keep my main base and to take over and upgrade the base I raided to become my new base!
    4. Killed myself 3 times with fucking faulty satchells, nearly had a heart attack because of the fucking satchels, but eventually got in and got 2 crates of tier 1 weapons. Success!
    5. Raided a decaying base, turned out to be shit, and I got countered too, so even shitter. But I learned something.

    So out of 5, it was 2 partial successes. if I had used all of those satchels for one raid, I could have gone deep in a decent base, but patience was never my strong suit. Regardless, my raiding skills are getting better, my PVP is kinda getting better. My key bindings are good... This is starting to feel like real progress.

    how do these hackers keep coming back?

    i got a hacker banned and he came back like 10 mins later and continued to hack then got banned again just to come back 10 mins later again on a new acc. how the fuck are they getting new accounts that fast? rust costs alot

    Love this game started about 3-4weeks ago and have 200ish hrs so far. Quite upset I never heard about it before it blew up (most fun I've had gaming in many years) but here now and my base design is apparently horrendous got called out for being a 1 c4 raid and got raided with one c4 lol oh well take an online over offline me day but I searched and I found pre-built designs but I'm looking more for design theory or the basic principles that would allow me to build my own base there's obviously a known meta at least it seems that way and I am very much unaware of what that is any help would be awesome I've searched around quite a bit and have come up pretty empty-handed. as far as learning it the hard way this wipe I've learned that window shutters need window bars because they can be open from both sides that sucked, soft side vs hard side. I've noticed like a honey comb kinda thing with triangle foundations this a viable optiin? Torrents electricity not sure what's worth the time and what's not, thanks for your time.

    Tldr I'm a newbie with crap base design skills looking for resources on the subject as opposed to pre-built designs and another helpful info.

    First wipe....is it really that mental?

    Played the game a fair bit recently but not with a brand new fresh serve after a monthly wipe. Folk are saying it's carnage!? I'm used to getting my arse handed to me anyway so we'll see how it goes!

    Any tips for a (fairly) new player? Me and my mate thinking of joining a bi weekly trio official server, pitching up near one monument (maybe one that's a wee bit more out of the way from others), and just focussing this weekend on scrap/ research. Is that a sensible plan?

    Also, is it possible to view the map before it goes live so we can decide where to go beforehand? And does anyone have any tips for using a bow? I cannot hit a human to save myself (literally in this case)....getting stoned to death by nakeds when I'm trying to shoot them is embarrassing tbh!

    Concept: Craft from TC and Boxes

    Could we put an option in the game to craft using loot from TC or boxes you own?

    Anyone else sick of moving stuff in and out of your inventory so that you can craft? Why not just have the option.
