Mid-Tier rifle idea: Lever action Posted: 23 Sep 2019 10:03 PM PDT An improved Python revolver stat-wise, but slower rate of fire. It could use pistol(realistic) or rifle ammo. coding it for more expensive ammo could bump the damage near Ak levels, but personally i would like to see it in pistol even with a damage ding. My spitball stat array that hopefully isn't broken:
Because semiauto rifle kinda sucks, AK is rare and expensive, and M92 is a sidearm dammit [link] [comments]

There should be more maps like hapis Posted: 23 Sep 2019 09:00 PM PDT My first ever rust map was hapis, and after playing on it for a month, I started playing on proc gen, and after a while of that, I played on hapis for a wipe again, and I started roaming more and seeing more of the map because there's a shit ton more modes of transportation. And holy fuck some of the terrain on that map is so diverse from what I've seen with proc gen and I was just kind of in awe from seeing shit I never knew about on that map. Like random spots that aren't labeled on the map that have loot spots and card rooms. And big caves that can inter connect monuments together and you can go mining in them. But after playing on the same map for a while it gets boring, which is likely the reason not many players like hapis anymore. But my main point here is that instead of just hapis, there should be more maps that have a sense of uniqueness to them, one thing that the dev team could do is add more diverse landscaping and stuff to proc gen. Like the non labeled key card rooms and the other monuments like site a and site b, so it's not just water treatment and power plant on every map. And monuments like listening station, that are way out at sea and have mediocre loot on them so it doesn't require scientists to kill. Everything I just described would take a shit ton of time to work on and the dev team could probably be using their time more wisely considering what they think is important, but from my perspective it feels like I've seen every rock formation and monument that comes with procedurally generated maps, and it would be really cool to see some change to it. (I appreciate the dev team for doing all that they do, this is just a suggestion, thanks for reading) [link] [comments]
